01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 9bet, accessing the platform, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all use of the 9bet website, mobile site, and app.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 9bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 9bet does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing 9bet from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether using 9bet is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 9bet or any of its affiliated companies.

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

9bet may request documentation to verify your age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one 9bet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 9bet will close the additional accounts and may void any bets or winnings associated with them.

When registering on 9bet, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 9bet account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 9bet support immediately.

9bet accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 9bet account or any funds held within it to any other person.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

9bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. 9bet does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. If a third-party payment is identified, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

The minimum deposit on 9bet is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your 9bet account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment network. 9bet does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests on 9bet are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals are processed within the timeframes set out in the 9bet payment schedule, which is available in the FAQ section.

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.
• 9bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.
• Funds deposited on 9bet must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed, unless otherwise stated.
• 9bet does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.

If a deposit is made in error or a technical issue results in an incorrect credit to your account, you must notify 9bet support immediately. Any funds credited in error remain the property of 9bet and must not be wagered or withdrawn.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

9bet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates.

General bonus rules that apply across all 9bet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Only one bonus may be active on your 9bet account at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 9bet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a bonus if it determines that the offer is being abused or exploited.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are later voided or cancelled will not count towards wagering requirements.
• If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 9bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

Players who are found to be opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or who are using any other method to abuse 9bet promotions, will have their accounts permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 9bet are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before placing a bet.

Once a bet is confirmed on 9bet, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform provides a specific cash-out or bet cancellation feature for that market. Bets placed in error by the player are not eligible for refund.

• 9bet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human error in odds compilation.
• In the event of a dispute about the outcome of a game or sporting event, 9bet's decision is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 13.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and games on 9bet. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• 9bet reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account at its discretion, including imposing lower maximum bet limits on specific accounts.
• Bets placed after the official start of a live event may be voided if the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was accepted.

For live casino games on 9bet, the result displayed by the live dealer or game system is the official result. Technical disconnections on the player's side do not entitle the player to a refund of bets already placed and accepted by the system.

07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

9bet is committed to providing a fair betting environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9bet platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that places bets without direct human input.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.

9bet monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in breach of these fair play rules will be suspended immediately pending investigation. 9bet reserves the right to permanently close such accounts and forfeit any balances held, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

9bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly administration fee as set out in the 9bet fee schedule.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If your 9bet account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

You may close your 9bet account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

09 Responsible Gaming

9bet takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their betting activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available from your account settings at any time.
